This four week program includes:

- Four 45 minute 1 on 1 coaching sessions via Zoom (1 session per week) to be scheduled by the client. Unused hours will not be refunded.

- Online training videos and materials to be accessed by the client. 

This program aims to support the client in the creation of:

- The ideal reader avatar

- A detailed vision and mission statement for overall book clarity

- The detailed outline of the client's non fiction book

- The first chapter of the book with developmental editing and proofreading

Should the client complete the Getting Started Program and wish to pursue further programs with Next Page Publishing, investment in this program will be applied to the Full Book Program. Discounts will be provided by Next Page Publishing for use by the client upon registration for the Full Book Program.

Agreement Details:

Client understands and agrees that Company does not make any representations or guarantees as to any possible income, business growth, sales, additional clients, or any other earnings or growth benefits that may be derived directly or indirectly from Client’s participation in Program. Client agrees that Company is not liable for the results of any decisions Client makes as a result of Client’s participation in Program or from the Program materials and/ or Content provided by Company.

Intellectual Property: Client is not permitted to duplicate, reproduce, sublicense, share, reassemble, upload, change, post, transmit, transfer, distribute, sell, license, display, republish, create derivative works of or alter Content in any way without prior written approval from Company. 

Client Work:

Client will retain all rights and privileges to all ideas, concepts, and details discussed about Client's writing. Company holds no rights to any piece of work produced or discussed with the Client. Under no circumstances will Company publish, share, or distribute any of Client's work unless written approval is provided by Client.

Any documents shared with Company will be securely stored for the duration of the Program and 6 months post program and then deleted or destroyed.

Guarantees: 

While Company and Client will set mutually agreed upon goals and objectives, Company is not responsible or accountable for the achievement of these items.

Sole responsibility and accountability lies with Client to follow the program as prescribed and meet deadlines in order to reach the goals and objectives.

Company is not liable for the Client's failure to complete the Program or meet goals and objectives.

Indemnification: 

Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company and any parties working for or associated with Company (including, but not limited to, employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, successors, assigns; collectively, “Company’s Affiliates”), from any and all actions, claims, damages, fees and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the purchase of Program, Client’s participation in Program, Client’s use of Content, or Client’s use of any other information by provided in any form by Company or Company’s Affiliates to Client during Term. Client shall defend Company and Company’s Affiliates in any legal actions pursuant to or arising out of this Agreement. Client agrees that neither Company nor Company’s Affiliates are personally liable for any representations or actions of Company or Company’s Affiliates.

By payment for and in consideration of Client’s participation in Program, Client agrees to waive, discharge, release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Company and Company’s Affiliates from any actions, causes of action, claims, demands, costs, fees, expenses or damages, in law or equity, arising from Client’s purchase of and participation in Program.

Refund: 

No part of this program will be refunded. 

Company endeavors to provide Client with a positive experience throughout Program. However, by purchasing Program, Client agrees that Company, at its sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement without refund of any money paid by Client if Client:

• Fails to pay amount due even after Company’s assessment of late fees
• Client is derogatory, defamatory, abusive, uncooperative and/or fails to follow Program guidelines
• Client violates any other terms of this Agreement.

Client agrees that should Company terminate this Agreement due to any of the above conditions, Client is still liable for the remainder of the cost of the Program as outlined in Section Fees and Charges.

Should the Client decide to terminate the contract, all sums payable under this agreement shall become due immediately. Refunds do not apply.
